Fraktpolicy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and sent to production as soon as they are placed. Since we use a print-on-demand model, your items are created specifically for you. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the product type and current demand.

Shipping Methods

We ship within the EU using reliable local and international carriers.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the production facility.

  • Multiple Shipments: If you order different types of products (e.g., a t-shirt and a phone case), they may be shipped separately from different production centers.

Customs & Duties

For international orders outside of the EU, please be aware that your country may apply customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply. 

Carrier Responsibility

While we partner with reputable shipping providers, Meira Omar AB is not liable for any delays, damages, or mismanagement caused by the third-party carrier once the package has left our production facilities. Any issues regarding the handling of the package during transit must be addressed directly with the shipping provider.
