Made to Order
At Meira Omar Merch, every item is uniquely produced just for you as soon as you place your order. Because each product is custom-made through our production network, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection (Please refer to the size guides on the product pages before purchasing).

Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Selecting the wrong color or model.
Damaged or Defective Items We want you to love your merch! If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, we will ensure it is resolved.
How to report an issue:

Contact Form: Start by filling out the Contact Form on our website within 14 days of receiving your package.

Describe the Problem: Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Follow-up: Our team will review your message and get back to you. At that stage, we will ask you to reply to our email with clear photos of the product and the packaging to verify the claim.

Resolution: Once the defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no extra cost, or issue a refund.
Cancellations Because our production process begins almost immediately after an order is placed, we are typically unable to cancel or modify orders once they are in production. Please double-check your selection and shipping address before completing your purchase.
